Own Design & Direct Production
Dominatrixxx® designs and manufactures all items in-house in Brazil. By producing our own line, we maintain direct control over our pattern-making, finishing, and final assembly.

Our collections feature exclusive brand designs made with synthetic leather, vinyl, cirré, and selected fabrics, completed with metal hardware fittings. Every piece is crafted to deliver the exact fit, style, and durability shown in our catalog.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return:
Contact us at sac@dominatrixstore.com.br with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will reply with return instructions within 5 business days.

- Shipping Fee: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags, seals, and hygienic liners intact.
- Processing: Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Refunds, credits, or exchanges are processed within 7 business days. Items not meeting return conditions will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

- Orders $100.00 – $179.99: $25.00
- Orders $50.00 – $99.99: $30.00

What is the delivery time?
Standard International Shipping takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch. A FedEx tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.
