Processing Time

The order processing time might take up to 3 days due to a large number of orders. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

Internacional Shipping

If you are ordering from a country other than Brazil, there may be some import duties that you will need to pay. DOMINATRIXXX is not responsible for reporting or paying any exclusive or international taxes. All prices on the website, as well as the total cost of your order, do not include any sales tax or import duties. The customer is fully responsible for any taxes and duties that may apply. If any local taxes or duties are applicable to the package, the customer will need to pay them to release the package from customs. Once the order is shipped, all duties, taxes, and shipping costs become non-refundable. Additionally, if the customer returns any items, DOMINATRIXXX does not refund any associated taxes, duties, or shipping costs.

DELAYS

In very rare cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times mentioned above. Most delays are due to customs, which unfortunately are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this occurs.
