Returns & Exchanges
You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return:
Contact us at sac@dominatrixstore.com.br with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will reply with return instructions within 5 business days.

- Shipping Fee: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags, seals, and hygienic liners intact.
- Processing: Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Refunds, credits, or exchanges are processed within 7 business days. Items not meeting return conditions will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

- Orders $100.00 – $179.99: $25.00
- Orders $50.00 – $99.99: $30.00

What is the delivery time?
Standard International Shipping takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch. A FedEx tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.
