How to start a return:
Contact us at sac@dominatrixstore.com.br with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will reply with return instructions within 5 business days.

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags, seals, and hygienic liners intact.
- Processing: Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Refunds, credits, or exchanges are processed within 7 business days. Items not meeting return conditions will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

What is the delivery time?
