Care Instructions
- Vinyl Skirt: Do not machine wash or iron. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Hang dry in shade.
- Lingerie (Bra & Panty): Hand wash cold with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry.
- Choker: Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct moisture.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return:
Contact us at sac@dominatrixstore.com.br with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will reply with return instructions within 5 business days.

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags, seals, and hygienic liners intact.
- Processing: Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Refunds, credits, or exchanges are processed within 7 business days. Items not meeting return conditions will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
