How to Initiate a Return?

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email us at sac@dominatrixstore.com.br with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions within 5 business days.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Items must be returned under the following conditions:

- With tags, seals, and intimate protectors (if applicable).
- In the original packaging with all accessories.
- Clean and without signs of use or washing, free of odors or stains (please ensure all items are tried on over underwear and are not damaged by makeup or deodorant).

All returned items will be reviewed by our team, and we will email you within 7 business days with information regarding exchange credit or chargeback. Products returned outside of these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer upon payment of a new shipping fee.
